i got an excellent job in the HR dept of an MNC in mumbai, but the board says that it requires me to wear black coat and black mini skirt on weekdays as i'll be dealing with top executives, and low waist sarees on saturdays,i am confused.excellent job offer, very gud pay, but how to compromise on standards, pl let me know Vipin replied. It looks like a plot of a B grade malyalam movie. I can accept skirts and suits but not sarees below navel. Can you name this MNC please ? You can even report to any NGO about it.

Well I think you are in sum service industry MNC, there might be sum these kind of dress codes, i don why people are saying its not possible, if you guys cant give sum solution, don say she is wrong, one isnt mad, who will ask non-sense questions here, anyways, lavyana, you shud check sum pantynose or same color long sox, tights etc, i know becoz i live in US & i had to do all this effort to polish/modernize my wife who came from india. No decent company insists that employees wear min skirts and sarees below navel.its the most uncivilised and meanest thing to do.they only lay down general guidelines such as formals,semi formals or casuals.Im sorry to ask this q:are you with a marketing/publicist company that markets women for pleasure?
If not,you can sue them for laying down such rules.

i dont think that any MNC should ask or pressurise anyone to wear such an outfit.

I dont know about ur vital stats...but if u r just not comfortable then u can say NO to them.

Because i myself have worked for many corporates but i have never heard of such condition. Its like they are more intrested that u show ur flesh on weekends....god they might ask u entertain their cleints in future

well i guess u should talk it out to them,if thats not a dress code.

console replied. congratulations on your job.For formal skirts you can were panty hose.panty hose is available in different colours so you can buy matching ones.
for sarees select that are not transparent.good high quality cotton ones will work really good.you said you are going to were inskirt below navel,so try to were the pally part covering your whole tummy.so it wont look ugly.
