Am new to non veg cooking started only after anu has shown interest in it...but make it as u make for urself, jsut with less of chilly in it, though a small drop won't harm..i try to make it same way..anu does not like fish mixed with rice..so its fish fry in cubes and that she prefers to eat herself. Chicken/meat with rice she doesn't mind..so try all options check what anoushka likes.
Anu has likes and dislikes of fishes too..not sure of the names since praveen is one more knowledgable..bt she does love salmon(i call it colorful orange fish :)).
Experiment..kids are the best tasters..tried karela once..i should have taken a picture of anu's face :)
easy way out i have found is if in doubt..mince it.
all i do xtra is cook non veg further 5 mins or so to be sure its cooked..though fish flakes off quite fast.
