since 8months and onwards,,i introduced nirja with mild ones before and now she eats all mild foods that we eat. she is just like me,,does not prefer too much spicy foods but she makes sure its delicious n juicy ;)love to see her being moms girl ;)

1. breakfast,,nething that we eat, fresh or her cereals,,cherios, corn flakes(original flavour..not the high frutcose corn syrup one,,,,you will have to add in some fruits to it ),,and her toddler cereals..
2.snacks - her fruit jam bars, sandviches, parathas with jams, whole grain tortillas with some sour creme,,,parlae g, and some oatmeal cookies,,most of the times, avoids it or takes it less..

3.lunch,,all we eat,,i make mild spice food(has everything,garlic,onions,ginger,chillies,all),
if it happns to be spciy,i add curd, orsome ghee and cheese to it...goes well ! eats half on her own,,rest mom has to make her eat !

4.tiffin,,/brunch - mostly juices and some toddler biscuits or chopped fruits..she eats herself on her own, with glass and her fingers,,sometimes spoons,,,and its a mess time ! if she miss her before lunch snack,,she will have the same as her brunch...

5. dinner--all we eat,,sometimes after dinner, she takes snacks like dessert or just some chopped mango,,or so,,dpends on how early or late her dinner was...

see if ne of above helps you...i will drop you my number in yahoo messenger.
take care, love to laya.

Breast pumps
I am using a medela pump to feed my baby when I am out. The medela breast pumps are really a good choice for the working moms. We can pump the milk regularly and can store it and use whenever needed.... - dalewhither [View Message]
evenflo elan breast pump
Buy this pump! It’s made my life so much easier. I always got sore with my old Medela Advanced, but that never happens with the Ameda Purely Yours Breast Pump. What really makes a difference is its ease of use. It’s really easy to switch between pumping phases and take apart to clean. Strongly recommend it for all mothers that pump daily.... - stellatylor [View Message]

try this
As we discussed earlier in this forum I used magnetic alphabets , through which he has learnt alphabets within a week. And number within 4 days.
It is as like take the letter and stick to it where ever he goes more and ask him to search a particular letter. this worked very well for me.
all the best... - Manju [View Message]
