Yoga:should i join yoga classes?

I am under depression.. how do get out of it??? will yoga help? Should i join yoga classes?? or should i divert my mind?

You don' t need to any yoga.u have to free yourself and need to enjoy your life in a limit. go outside and do everything which you wanted to do.. for fresh your mind come on waplog my id is dev1989. u need to make some good frnds.

You have to be mentally strong 1st then anything can work let it be yoga o exercise.. you can try Lotus Position,fish pose and many more which will help you to fight with your mental stress or you can say depression
