Hi,

I think i can be of help to all suffering from heartburn....I am also at 22nd week of my first pregnancy and do suffer from heartburns, but the only way you can help urself is-eat regularly but small diets, avoid spicy food and the best way to run off with acidity and heartburn is take a big cup/scoop of vanilla icecream(most trusted method).Incase you prefer eating medicines-try digene liquid.

hi,
the only thing i know about is drnking chilled milk brings some relief. apart frm that having bananas also helps.im also suffering frm heartburn and acidity frm the first month of my pregnancy. i take some tabs which my doctor has prescribed when it becomes uncontrolable. Rest have plenty of water and keep wating for ur delivery to get the final respite frm this prblm.
take care.

diet during pregnancy
Maintaining a healthy diet during pregnancy is very important.

During this time, your body needs additional nutrients, vitamins and minerals.

In fact, you may need 350–500 extra calories each day during the second and third trimesters.

A diet lacking in key nutrients may negatively affect the baby’s development.
