C-Section:strech marks after c-Section

hi all,
I had a casearean delivery ,some 10 months back.
i had very bad stretch marks on my abdomen.can anybody please suggest how to get rid of this?

Hi All...I too have hell lot of stretch marks after my c-section...i am using..cocoabutter cream from a Biotique brand...n i feel itz working...U can get this cream from biotique outlets...i bought it from one in khan market, delhi

to avoid strechmarks you should put creams or oils containing vitamine E and glesrine over the places that might get strech marks like your stomak,...
you should do it on daily bases during and after your pregnancy.

hi smita,

the stretch marks do fade over a period of time, in the sense they lighten though not disappear.creams containing vitamin E do help,the one from oriflame is supposedly good.

hi Smita,
I read that applying oil or moisturizer with Vitamin E helps to remove them. Of course it may not be overnight. I used to have stretch marks earlier(not due to pregnancy) and on regular application of moisturizer they disappeared. Right now with pregnancy they have come back, so im applying vitamin E oil everyday after bath now.
