Apart from that she is climbing tables and chairs . My spectacles have been latest casulty flung from the dining table !! Gosh she is trying to climb the TV next . I need to keep her busy please suggest something anything .

My Specs are now one dandi less( one side is broken ) , untill I go to doc's appointment .... I am wearing them like a cartoon as they are .

Appu is climbing everywhere.yesterday i had to take away the chairs of the dining table away from the table.he was climbing on to the table.he is climbing on dressers too.
regarding talking Appu likes malayalam.he is free with people who talks to him in malayalam.he says \";amma,atha(acha-dad in malayalam),hello and \";ithu aaru\";(means who is this).
he has a real advocate for himself-his sister.she loves him ans when i say \";oh God this appu has become so naughty\"; she says ,\";amma appu is a baby \";.

sumitha Radhika replied. LOL....that is funny sight. Anu has all the toys around her but not interested in anything. She loves boxes/tissue rolls/bottles screwing and putting them on, the ball so guess they are trying to investigate the items around :)
I have a mattress on the floor of the living room, a footstool, pillows, u get floor cushions /floor foldable sofa and chair are avl too..spread it around and make an area where she can play, even if they fall it does hurt as much maybe that will help.
Anu has tried to play near the oven/put on the dishwasher etc. but understands na/no means u can see it and play with it one time and thats it. She tries again 2-3 times think is checking if i remain the same if i am she does not repeat it.
Popup books/flap book keeps her busy too. She loves pretneding to read and open each popup in every page.
A doodle board (magnetic slate) they will love scribbling and wiping it off.
I have seen finger painting kis on Tv which can write only on one paper and not on carpet..sounds fun, not got it yet.
Anu loves wiggles..so we sing and see the songs on weekends.
Anoushka is defintely more agile..anu has guts to climb down a sofa and bed..not tried climbing up on chairs yet, talks something in her own language, but does understand what we say and gets things we ask her to get/eat/clap/shake head/dance all mix of hindi/eng/malayalam etc.so think will take longer to talk or link words.
has a few words of her own - hi baby/take/button/mamma/papa/kina (krishna)...but all in her own time, not if we ask her to say..take take take is a common word.
HOpe ur glasses are fine..
maybe a tent will help too...baby tent u get in walmart my friends have those..
thats all i have..if u have tips share them too..
