I hope all of fun-filled New years' day.
I had a great time, we had abig party on New year's eve, and the fun part was my friends had arranged a surprise baby shower for me. It was games and a good time.

There are so many things to buy... I guess in this board there are a mixture of p'ple, few from Middle East, few from UK, some from US and many from India.
So I am sure the things we shop for will be a li'l different.
I have started shopping, But I haven't really bought a lot of stuff.
These are the things I intend to buy and some I have bought already:
1. A hardwood Crib - Range 200-250$
Crib set- Mattress, comforter, bumper etc- around 100$
2. Travel system- Definitely Graco - I liked the Metrolite and the Sterling model. Metrolite is wonderful, its easily foldable and very light weight but disadv is the storage tray is not reachable- 200$
3. A bouncer(Mite not buy b4 baby is born)- Fisher-Price-40$
4. Diaper Bag(liked the graco brand)
5. Bath Tub(Waiting for my mom;s suggestion, she is the one who has to be comfortable using it)
6. Nursery Monitor
7. Booties, socks and Mittens-H
8. Receiving Blanket-H
9. wash cloths
10. Feeding bottles
11. Diaper pail
12. Diapers and wipes-H
13. few dresses and Home coming outfit-H

vidya replied. hey your list is Good..I've still not fully done with the full list..I've got a crib and all the crib set..booties and mittens..few receiving blankets .diapers and napkins .planning to finish within 2 weeks..let me see...
btw I feel u can add nail clippers for the baby too...I guess all babies have sharp nails at the time they are born...
