hi archie,
i m new 2 this site cld u pls help me out i m trying 2 concive . i have heard of ovulation kit ,does it help to find out ovulation My periods are very irregular,38-40 days.i need help very badly

Yes, absolutely it's important to know when you ovulated because whole process of getting pregnant rotate around ovulation. Your spouse would be ferrtile everytime but you will only have a point in a cycle to release egg and you should intercourse afew hours to 2 days before ovulation.

I would suggest to check with your gynec for ovulation methods and if any kits available in your neighborhood.

besides you have abnormal cycle length and would be good if you intervene a gynecologist to get cycles between 21 to 35 days and of regular length.

Otherwise try beween 18th to 24th day once a 24 hours.
