I want to know if its okay to use just stillmans bleach cream? Is this harmful can i just use plain stillmans bleach cream to get fair skin?

dear sonia,
stillman's bleach cream is potentially dangerous for ur skin.it contains bleach and many other disasterous chemicals.believe me,it is worse than fair and lovely or fairever!dont use it at all.if u really wish to get back to ur natural skin colour,y dont u give me ur skin type?u can also follow the given tips for diet.
1)on waking up in the morning,drink warm water+the juice of half a lemon+1 tbsp honey.

2)soak methi leaves(fenugreek)in water vernight.in the morning,drink the water and eat the seeds.

3)eat moderately but regularly,yoghurt and honey.

4)consume the following on a daily basis:
apples
oranges
tomatoes
mint juice(very effective)
bittergourd juice(extremely effective)
beetroots
carrots

5)drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daiy.

6)exercise regularly for 30 minutes atleast.

7)use a sunblock before stepping out in the sun and on returning,use potato juice or potato slices all over ur face and exposed body parts.it is best to avoid the sun completely.

i hope u follow these tips regularly and see the magic within a month or two!
