I heard you can not use cooking haldi is that true? i only have normal haldi at home thats from pakistani spices stores. I heard you can only use \";kasturi manjal\"; or \";musk termeric\";
on the face an not plain cooking haldi... is that true? But some people say use normal haldi????? what should i do i need to know asap. HeLp!!!!

dear haldi girl,
yes,turmeric is excellent for fairness.u can use it but be sure to use it in little amount or else u will get a yellowish colour(tmporarily).
no,its not true that u cannot use the haldi used for cooking.however,it is better not to as it may have chemicals and preservatives,colour,etc..added to it.simple take the root of turmeric and grind it.
