Dear Pinky,
the anxiety is taking over pregnancy and is normal at this stage.

YOu must continue walking unless you can't take it. Walking is the only way to help baby get in pelvis and also to help yourself on vaginal birth.

I don't think you should be stubborn on not to go through C-section. Tell me in %age how many on IP likes to go through C-section? And how many ends up in going through C-section? You will be surprised to note the truth, so don't be adament on that part. Leave that decision to the circumstance and prepare yourself for both vaginal and C-section. Finally at the end what must matter is healthy baby in your arms!

You can google and figure out on what's epidural. It's painkiller offered when you are 40% dilated and can't take pain.

don't worry on not feeding for a day. Baby has lot of nutrients and you will not have to feed him/her for at least 36-48 hours. But try as soon as you can, the more you delay is more the delay for milking. NO if you don't feed for a day won't affect your milking ability.
