i am ramya studying btech.i had a long hair. my mom was fond of my hair. recently my friend visited tirupati and had her headshaved and we all teased her very much. now my mom took a vow to shave my head and some other vows which are difficult. but i am felling shy to get my head shaved. i said to my mom that i wont come now. but she ordereed me. so tell me what i have to do please

Hi Latha! latha replied. hi friends i am from tirupati now. we started yesterday means on 23/7/09.today morning we reached tirupati and came to tirumala at 11pm. we went to the cottage. my parents took rest there for some time. then i am chatting in laptop. suddenly my mom asked me to get ready.i asked her is it today only. she said yes. then my friend without talking anything got ready. then my mom gave me a very old dress which was of my inter 1st yr. its a half saree. i wore it without talking any thing.then we started to kalyanakatta which was visible to our cottage.then first my father and my sis shaved their heads my sis was looking so beautiful. she simply laughed at me. then my mom asked me to sit. i sat infront of him. he made my hair wet for some time and my mom covered my laps with towels that dress would not spoil. then he started headshave. as it is a weak moment i started crying. the barber laughed at me. it was over in 8 min. but he once again checked it by shaving all over the head. then i removed all the hair on my legs and touched my head for a while and then my friend sat infront of him. she was also nervous. but she completed without crying. she looked beautiful. then as a surprise my mother also sat infront of him. and asked him to shave the head. i was shocked. it took 5 min. then my father asked us whether to go to cottage or to have abath in pushkarini. we all said pushkarini we went there and a had a nice bath and have to go to temple today night.meet u guys bye. i had seen me in mirror my look was totally changed my mom asked me to remove earrings ibut i want to put them on Archana replied. hi pooja,
It was very nice to hear that u had a shave in a parlour can u pls let me know ur expirence and how the beauty parlour people do the head shave can u pls share ur experince.I am also bald last week my husband kids and me had a shave at tirupati i would like to have a shave once again after a couple of day if they do it in a parlour then i ill do it their itself.

pooja replied. look how happy i am.i shaved my head yesterday in beauty parlour.i had waist length hair.i wanted a change so i went from long to bob and then to smooth headshave.i am looking more beautiful now.all my friends appreciated and my friend nithya is getting her headshave done tomorrow.you know what..guys like girls with short hair.just go for it and reply me after your headshave nandini replied. have a nice journey.pl send your before and after head shave.after return from tirumal sahre your head sahve experience.next 2 days you will be bald nandini replied. hi,go ahead for head shave.last year mu hubby said he has a vow to offer hair at tirumala.but i am not accepted.then i convinced.then we went to tirumala.we wnet to kalayanakatta mu husband collect two tickets for mottai.first my hubby shaved is head with blad look so cute.then my turn there is separate hall for ladies tonsure.only women barbers are there.she wetted my haior and splitted into two parts then started from middle head within 3 mins i am bald i saw blad head in mirror.it is nice expeirence.next year also we planned for head shave.so go ahead happily.if you share your feelings my email id nandinisk_pappu it s a rediff.bye Praveena replied. Praveena, go ahead and get ur head shaved at triupati.. anyhow u have to get this done as its a vow.. so do it happily... recently about 15 days back i got my head shaved at tirumala as my parents had taken vow to get my head shaved if i get placed in a reputed company.. intially even i was hesitant abt this idea but my parents encouraged me and clarified the importance of fullfilling the vow.. we all went to triumala on 2nd of jul and rested for a while.. then i proceed with my mom to kalyanakatta.. as it was a working day there was not much of rush.. my mom got the token and proceed to the tonsure hall.. she untied my waist length hair and waiting for 30 mins before my turn came.. i was made to sat down in front of the barber and my mom handed over the token and said mottai.. barber poured water and massaged then made to bend down and started to shave from middle soon my left side was completed and then right side and the knts were lying in my lap.. then the barber ensured there is no more hair left in my head and said done.. i got up with a bald look and my mom was happy seeing me bald.. then she applied chandan on mottain and then we had good darshan... the look has drasticaly changed.. but got used to look in a weeks time.. in 6 mnths time i will be sporting a bob hairstyle.. this exp was so good that i have decided to get my head shaved next year also.. so go ahead its matter of 3 to 5 mins to get the tonsure done
