Hi,
I am in my 22nd week and still have not felt any continous movements...I had once felt a very prominent one in my 20th week that's all. When should I start feeling the movements??
Is it that I am not recognizing one..coz since I am working, I am mostly concentrated in that!
Please let me know.
And sometimes in the night I have mild abdominal cramps. Is this normal?

may be your baby is active when you are busy or sleep. you may feel movements anytime now.
try this one: drink cold fruit juice after meal and do not urinate. Get on your left side and you may feel movements in 10-15 minutes. If the baby is sleeping and you are not drank cold enough it might not move. has to be cold to wake up baby and start moving.
