hey guys
i'm neww here, so just wanted to say hi to y'all.

i am due in oct 2003 too....due date shud be around oct 22nd (not confirmed yet).i have a 6 1/2 months old daughter..this pregnancy was totally unplanned and came as a shock....i have somehow recovered from the shock and am looking forward to baby# 2 :)
congratulations to all expecting moms.

Hi- I have an eight and a half- month old and planned to get pregnant. I am 34 and don't want to wait too long. My baby is a big boy and I am dreading having to haul him around with a big belly.

Hi Rachna

First of all congratulations on ur 2nd pregnancy! and welcome to the board.
I know its must be shocking for a while but i think whatever happens it happen for good. So don't think too much and enjoy ur pregnancy.
So this is ur 2nd pregnancy. i think u r the first one in this board who is having 2nd one. so in that cs=ase u r much more experienced then us. So please do let us know some tips on how to take care and what things to keep in mind during pregnancy.
Btw i am in my 6th week and due dat is gonna be end of march. will let u knoe the exact date once i visit my dr.

hi sweta,
my advice is eat healthy,exercise and stay happy (dats most important).avoid junk food if u want to avoid putting on too much weight.first time around i craved for sweets..i used to finish haagen daz tub in one go !! ...yes i did put on 40lbs put luckily i shed all that weight within 3 months of having my baby...thankfully i dont have tendency to put on weight.
drink plenty of liquids..atleast 8-10 glasses of h2O.....drink 2 cups of milk,eat green leafy vegies..eat lots of fruits/juices and do give in to any cravings u have....this time around i'm craving for desi junk food...chat and panipoori wud be nice....lets see if i can avoid the 'empty calories'.
