Hi all,
I suffer from nausea all thru the day. Its difficult to cook, and all the more difficult to swallow whatever I have eaten. Eating out often is ruled out, since its not that hygenic.
Suggestions anyone??

Hi,

I used to have the same problem. My nutrionists made some changes to my diet. Now I eat only fruits (any kind and any quantity) till noon. Then a big bowl of salad followed by lunch. Around 5:00, another fruit (preferably something seasonal) and then palak soup with dinner. Eat small and frequent meals. Eat as much uncooked food as possible. Eat figs/apricot/raisin in the morning and nuts in the night. Hope this helps.

i know it is very difficult to eat something that you yourself have cooked especially if you are suffering from nausea.

Hi Neha,
Thanks a lot for the suggestion. Smelling freshly cut ginger makes me feel better.
Bye the way, when is your EDD?
