Dear Friends,
This would be useful to any of the expectant mothers living in Bangalore. Prenatal exercises helps the mom-to-be to a great extent. It helps the body to tone up and check up the weight increase. It also helps us to reduce the unwanted weight increase and it helps us during the labour. Dr.Renu Arora who resides in Bangalore has been conducting these classes for quite a long time. Many of the leading gynaeocologies in Bangalore have referred their patients to attend her classes. Girls who have attended her classes experience short labour and the recovery time is also lesser than those who dont do exercises during their pregnancy. Many girls from all aspects are her students. Girls from the IT field and the other sectors folk around to enjoy the benifits. Even many foreigners are her students. She is more an extended family member than a mere doc or an instructor. The Lamaze which she teaches helps the girls during the labour. The girls can start their class from their 1th week itself. There are also lectures which gives the husband and the wife so much of knowledge which they are actually unaware of. So this class is of great importance to any pregnant mothers.
