To Aparna,

I am staying in USA.Recently i have done a ivf and it was nt successful. I have couple of questions about embryos.Can you please help me out.they have retrieved 17 eggs in which 12 eggs matured.and out of 12 8 had fertilized.and on day 3 i had 1 8 cell and 2 7 cell and 2 6cell and 2 5 cells eggs...my clinic people said all embryos are looking good we will wait for 5 day transfer..we went for the 5 day transfer..they said by day 5 embryo should reach blasto stage..but embryos were still in morula stage..my doctor suggested me to transfer 3 embroys all are morula stage embryos..and the pregnancy test was -ve yesterday..my heart was broken..So i had couple of questions..

1) what would be my next options?
2) Can i still try one more IVF?
3) Why my embryos didnt reach blast stage on Day5 as they expected?
4) Is this because of my egg quality?

Questions About IUI

I have done 2 IUI' s.But no success with them..I used Letrozole5mg from day 3- 7 and used follistim injections50iu from day7-12,and after IUI i am using progestrone supporties also. am i following the correct procedure? what is the success rate for IUI.Can you give me any tips to make sucessfull the IUI?
