hi..i dont have an acne problem or anything but always during my period i get this big ugly pimple =( n i want it to go away fast..cuz as we know with pain n yuckiness ur already down n this makes it worse..does anyone have gud fix overnite fix tips or a way to avoid it all together?

dear g,
it is absolutely normal and common to get a pimple or two during ur periods due to the hormonal activity.
if u leave it alone,it will go on its own.a good overnight herbal remedy is to apply 3 parts of honey to one part of cinnamon powder.if ur skin is really oily,replace honey with lemon juice and apply.u can also make a paste of sandalwood powder+rose water and apply.if ur skin is dry,add milk to the mixture.
also,avoid chemicals on ur skin.they only make he problem worse!
