Hi hru? You said the mixture fair and lovely+ betnovate+ archie+ stillmans works right?

How long did you use it to get fair? Do you still use it? AFter getting fair do you still have to use it to remain fair?

as a friend,my sincere advice to u will be NOT to use this mixture or any cream on ur face.dear,it will only harm u in the future.i have posted up a message \";i cant stand it\";,do give it a read.
please,i request u again and again not to use it.i cant imagine seeing u in tears with pimples and spots all over ur skin...u will only suffer then!
dont think there is no other alternative.use herbal remedies.let me know ur skin type asap.i will give u numerous tips for fair skin.
meanwhile follow these diet tips and more to get back o ur natural colour:
1)on waking up in the morning,drink warm water+1 tbsp honey+juice of half a lemon.

2)soak methi(fenugreek)leaves in water overnight.in the morning,drink the water and eat the seeds.

3)eat lots of yoghurt and honey.

4)consume the following on a daily basis:
apples
carrots
tomatoes
oranges
mint juice(very effective)
bitter gourd juice(kareley ka juice)..extremely effective
beetrots.

u can also drink natural fresh juice if u find difficulty in eating these daily.

5)drink warm milk+a few strands of saffron daily.

6)8 to 10 glasses of water is a MUST!

7)sleep well for 8 hours daily.follow the saying\";early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy,wealthy and wise.\";

8)exercise daily for 30 minutes,exercise will release the toxins from ur body and give ur skin an exceptional glow.

9)completely abandon all chemicals.however,use a sunblock when u go out and on returning,rub potato juice or potato slices all over ur face.

10)instead of soap,use besan(gramflour)+very little haldi(turmeric)+milk.use more besan for oily skin and more milk for dry skin.use equal quantities of besan and milk for normal skin.u can also consider using almond powder+milk for dry skin.

please give me ur skin type so dat i may provide u more tips and a beauty routine which is sure to help u a lot and stop thinking about using chemicals..u make me feel scared and worried!!!

I used F&L for almost 3 months.. though I could see I was getting fair after a month! I still apply it.. even though I have turned VERY fair. Just to maintain the colour I Suppose.. there is not harm in using it long-term as the cream itself has moisturising properties. Your skin feels incredibly soft and silky after application :)
I'm guessing it would take the same time for you to get fair - along the lines of a month. Just carry on using it once you have achieved your 'fairer than fair' skin. Ta-ta love.
