I am new to this forum..

Can anybody tell me what is the cost of drugs for one IVF cycle. I am 31 yrs old and planning to go for IVF. I just want to know cost so that we can plan our financials.

IV would be so costlier and it would be in some lacs only.But before going for IVF why don't you go for the test IUI if your body does not supports for IUI then you prefer IVF. Rosy replied. Hi Bhumi,

Just read your last post and thought i should make something clear. I had endometriosis too. I was treated for that *after* doing a laproscopy. Most of these things come to light only after doing a lap. It is ridiculous how ppl think doctors are here only to make money. I was treated at BACC (kamini rao' s hospital near shivananda circle). I then underwent 2 cycles of IUI only after ascertaining i was fit enough for it after scans. I conceived in my 2nd cycle. Good luck to you! BACC was good for me! There was no success i had 2 back to back IUI sittings but did not work. They are nominal with their Pricing. It costed me Rs 5000 for every session apart from injections, scan and medicines. Dr Reshma is the consulting doctor. Dr Anita does not do consultation in Bangalore. She mostly come to do Laproscopy for patience because she is a specialist. I was asked to undergo Lap after the first failed IUI sessions. Because of cost i am postponing the same... sob replied. Sorry, i cant answer on the exact cost of the medication as i have had IUI sessions and the doctor explained to me that the procedure before the retrieval would be the same. The whole IVF procedure would cost b/t 80-1,50 lkh approx.
