hi i have 78%dark patches on my both legs ....coz i had excima when i was young please help me to remove all the dark patches j replied. I suggest dont apply anything to it. Let it heal by itself. It will take time but will vanish after a few months. Even i was scared to death to see patches from eczema. I applied all sorts and it aggravated. I have let it heal by itself now i am unable to find where are those patches. Carrot is a good blood purifier. Eat lots of carrots and bittergourd. nosheen replied. please let me know if this recipe is helping and keep me posted

Please, do not distress; u will find a way to remove those patches. Oatmeal works wonders too. Feel free to add honey. A very basic recipe of honey and turmeric smooths out the skins. It doesn't sound convincing, but it really works. Other tips:

Carrot Mix:
-boil 6 baby carrots (u may use regular carrot but they are unpeeled)
-blend the carrots with a little water,
u used to boil the carrot,put in blender
-wait 5 minutes for blended carrots to cool
-to this add 1/4 cucumber chopped finely unpeeled into blender add water if necessary for consistency
-add a cherry tomato, or 1/4 of a whole tomato.
-add 1-2 tablespoons honey test to
ur own liking in thickness on ur wrist
-add 1/4 cooked oatmeal that is cooled
-blend all these together into a paste and leave on your legs over night
-put on cotton sweats and cotton booties over your feet
relax and enjoy!

If itchy take half dose of Children' Benadryl. This mask nourish and soothe also bleaches the skins. Best of luck

Slow and steady
