Hello there, I can understand you want to be very precise and careful in trying to conceive but it also plays with your emotions and is a bit stressful. Stress plays havoc with your fertility cycle. I was trying to conceive for 8 long years before I decided to go for surrogacy. So I can understand what you are going through. Its just an initial stage. Few months is not that long and I would like you to succeed soon. My suggestion would be to consult your doctor. He will give you some dietary plans and lifestyle advice and also make sure everything is going alright medically. It would be really lucky if you have family support and loving husband because it can relieve some of your stress. Good luck for your future.
