I have a teenaged daughter age 15. Recently she has lost lot of hair due to wrong eating habits especially in the area above forehead where her scalp is showing due to scanty hair. At present she oils her hair with coconut oil once a week and then shampoos with Vatika Herbal shampoo.
Please suggest any home remedies for regaining thick hair and volume esp in the scalp showing area.
ran replied. hi my neighbors daughter had same problem .she had dull thin hair and now has thick black healthy hair but it was effort with lot of pain . Her mother shaved her head 3 times in a year , in between she had a crew cut , and applied home made coconut oil and egg yolk and lot of massaging she also included egg and milk in her diet,the poor girl was very reluctant to shave as she was 13 mpvijaykhanna replied. hi sister hru

which oil and shampoo u r using for her

just need to analyse her diet
just add more protein and iron in her diet thats enough
nothing to worry

just apply white part from egg on her scalp by massage leave 1 hour u can wash it later

tell her to take amla in direct way or else something like curry seasonings

just tell her to maintain her diet thats enough fo rthis age

Well there are many good home ways to regain the loss of hair like:-
use methi dahi paste as hair pack
dahi,egg &honey as hair paste
put habibs/shenaz heena
aritha,aavla,,shikakai for hair wash
then use banana mix wid honey for hair condg.
Try ones Trichup oil, i used n found effective.
