Dearest Saniya - I hope you can help me!
I have a problem with my height.. and that is that I am too tall! I am currently 15 years old but stand at a height of 5''8! I am taller than nearly everyone in my class.. the boys only get upto 5''7 or so. What do I do? Am I normal?

I know I cannot do anything to decrease my height.. as what has happened has happened.. but I am afraid I will continue growing! You see.. I only started my periods a couple of months ago.. which is pretty late for someone my age.

u dont need to worry at all!if u just matured,u probably experienced a growth spurt which led to an immediate increase in height.after the growht spurt,there is very less chance of growing any taller,so dont worry!
my cousin is just 14 and her height is 5 feet and 10 inches.thinka bout that and be thankful.
u have perfect height.4 feet 7 inches is the ideal heigt.u r just an inch taller and u r damn lucky.believe me,anyone would gie anything to be ur height.
growth in girls and boys differ.girls grow taller before boys.ths is because they mature before them.the boys in ur class will finally be inches taller than u once they reach 18 or 19.
it is absolutely normal to get periods in ur age.in olden days,people used to get them when they were 18!u can get periods as young as 9 years of age or as long as 20 years of age..nothing to worry about.
u cannot retard ur growth.it is pre determined but u can definitely increase ur height through external methods.
stop worrying.it is nothing but normal for a girl to be over excessively tall at this age.u will stop growing soon and then,the boys will start growing.they will grow really much taller than u.focus on the final height than on the current.u will be relieved.
everybody craves a good eight.heigh increasing devices,shoes and pills r also available nowadays.u should be very thankful that u have been naturally granted this blessing.look at those short ppl who would give anything for ur height.even i envy ur height..seriously!ask ur friends and they will tell u how much they envy u.
ur really lucky as being over excessively tall is better than being over excessively short..what do u think?
