Name: nehakothari Hi Archie and girls who are in the same boat,

Its that time of the month for me when I cannot help but feel quite anxious.....I am really holding myself back frm taking a Preg test....My ovulation happend on day 19 of my cycle it was jun1.

When shd I take the test if i do not get my periods.....

I know Archie you keep saying that we shd remain cool and I usually I am....but this mnth I am getting really nervous sp yday and today.....in a way i think that if my periods start atleast I will know the outcome....though i will be really dissapointed...

I may sound silly in my msg when I guess I feel better after writtting my thought and feeling on the board

The truth is this, neha, more the stress automatically period onset can also be delayed for some and this will only add to confusion why have you missed period but negative hpt.
So again the best is to keep neutral and ready for the outcome, which can go either way and trust me you are not changing anything happened inside uterus provided you are calm and quiet. If you are stressed God knows if you will delay only period or something more.

you are not relaxed and is already not a good thing for someone like you while ttc.

you have to wait for another 3-4 days before revealing truth.

Take a break, enjoy activities those will keep you occupied.
