past few days i am having acid indigestion problem ( stomach burn) not heart burn. if anybody having the same problem or know the remedy for it ,pls let me know

Hi geeta,

I knw it must be feeling terrible. U can try curd. I have felt it too, and curd(a little cold) helps a lot. Dont take milk or any oily stuff

Hi Geetha,

I am in the same boat. Small frequent meals also have helped me. As Deepa said try curd. You can also try toast, crackers or dry corn flakes.
