Hi All,
I have few questions for for all you in Feb 2008 due date club.
1. I am 10 weeks pregnant, haven' t gained any pounds as yet. I feel heavy & weigh 1-2 pounds extra after dinner/lunch. But then y next morning I weigh the same. I know it is said, the weight gain in first trimester is not a concern as long as growth of the baby s fine. Still wanted to check with all you friends. Has anyone gained weight as yet??
2. Howz your diet..I do feel more hungry, my intake has increased.
1. Morning 7.30 a glass of milk
2. 9.30-10 am breakfast
3. 12.30-1 lunch like chapati, sabzi, rice, sambar/dal, curds etc
4. 4.30 friuts/juice
5. 7.00 munch if I am hungry
6. 9.00 dinner like chapati, sabzi, rice, sambar/dal, curds etc
When I checked jan 2008 duedate club, i felt their diet is much better & more frequent meal than mine. Howz your diet??
3. Do you take a afternoon nap daily. My nap never lasts for less than 1 hr...but if I sleep for 1 hr, I tend to get up more in midnight. Either dont feel sleepy or get up suddenly in midnight etc. does anyone has same problem?
4. How abt exercise? anyone doing excercise?? I was feeling very tired till the llast week. But now I am feeling better, so started abt half mile walk per day. If any day I am feeling tired i skip walking.
How many days per week the excercise is required?? Anyone doing yoga etc??
