i am a new member to this group. i am 7 weeks pregnant . i sommetimes have vomiting. i just dont feel like havving anyhting at all. i dont feel like getting up from the bed. i want to know if taking ginger ale will make me feel better.

yeah I know this phase is real tough, I have been there where are u right now.Gingerale will definitely help, it helped me.
Try not to be empty stomach. eat small meal, if you don't like to eat something then don't eat that but try something which u can eat after 3 or 4 hrs.

In my first trimester I too slept a lot, I didn't like anything, you know I can't eat roti,rice,vegetables,even fruits so you can imagine what I was going thru,but I tried gingerale,soup,pretzels,anything which can make me feel better.
Do drink water it keeps u hydrated.

I know this is hard just have patience, believe me once u r in 2nd trimester u will feel energetic.so Just hang in there.

Don't overdo anything, your body is busy with baby making so if you feel urge to lie down then do it.

I usually boil it & put brown sugar in it and then just lick it half a spoon:-) but ginger ale will sure help.. u can put \";kala namak\"; & lemon in it too.. hope to help..
