hi I knoe u have ansewered many questions in this forum before. I wanted to ask u that after my IC, I have noticed that there is a white discharge like the simen. someone suggests us to hold the legs up so that there will a smooth flow of simens after IC. and i am doing so but still there is a lot of white discharge. is this means that my husbands simens can not reach inside my body? b/c i have gone through almost 3 iui and doctors said that it's an unexplained fertility. Please suggest. i am going to have an ivf or one more iui this month.

unexplained fertility could have one or many factors and indeed tricky situation to comment on.
oozing semen after ic is normal and as long as you hold pillows under your hips and not moving for about 30 minutea from ic should set all right.
failure of IUI can be due to inappropriate timing of the procedure.
Before trying to IVF have you thought of knowing if you have an hostile vaginal environment with reference to sperm viability. For some vaginal environment will kill the sperms or make them non-motile prior to entry into f.tube but that is what is avoided by IUI. Check with your Dr. if this is a possibility.
for what reasond you went IUI, was it due to your inability to conceive over 2 years naturally, or something else. How regular are your cycles and how are your reproductive hormones doing? Have you intervened an reproductive endocrinologist, might help before iui or ivf.
