we are thinking for ttc in august.i want to know that,my first baby was 9 pounder,and i do not have diabetes,but my blood test was boarder line case.although i have underactiv thyroid,which i consider the cause of that much weigh gain.i did not do any kind of excercise,and limit my diet.
but now i changed my lifestyle and able to keep my weight down with the help of aerobics exercise. curently my weight is 60 kg and i am 5/1/2\"; tall.my que is should i go to nutritionst in order to keep my weigh under controlduring pregnancy,thought i am planing to do some ligth exe and less carbs?
what kind of food i should be eating(we are veg)?
and should i lose more weight? i am trying but it not going under 60 somehow.sorry for the long post but i am not able to find that kind of info somewhere,and this board is very informative.

get your thyroid tests done and if required treatment. The treatment will be there not only while ttc but throughout the pregnancy and almost a year after childbirth. Then you can choose to continue with treatment or not. Most likely you have developed underactive thyroid from last pregnancy and is common thing.
This treatment along with low carb diet will help shed some weight.
