hi... sir from few days my hair is falling very sharply.....i have lot of dandruff in my head....lot of precaution does not solve this problem sir tell me some ways or name of some good physician so that i can solve my problem.

Hey,

Here are a couple of things:
1) Clean towel and clean sheets.
2) Healthy diet and low stress.
3) Regularly wash your hair.
4) Do not comb hair immediately after washing.
5) Consult a hair specialist.

just take vitamin B complex daily one
apply white vinegar leave half and hour after that wash it off
take protein content foods
this is enough
