Hi, I have dry hair.I shampoo hair twicea week.i use Arnica montana shampoo.I want to grow my hair long.I read somewhere that Aloe vera gel is good for hair.Ple advise is it true.Can i use it?I am taking homeopathy medicines for constipation dry skin and hair fall.I have darker eye area.i dont want to use expensive cream.Please suggest what is best.I am working and I am 23 years old.thanks lot mpvijaykhanna replied. hi sister
nothing to worry.u have pitta dosha thats it
ya u can use aloe vera gel
avoid salty and spicy foods
increase the food intake which is in bitter taste
soak fenugreek 20gm at night in water morning u can drink that water with fenugreek in empty stomach
this is enough for both the things like hairfall,dry skin
dark circle under the eye it may be denotes ur improper sleep or scarcity of vitamin and iron
check in both the aspects and improve ur deep sleep or diet
