A few $ expenses will support your lower back and remember these cushions are different than our routine pillow, better choice would be a maternity shops.

With water, rest and Arg-9 your AFI is expected to rise and I would be happy if you could have a sonogram in 2-4 weeks from today to confirm things did make a difference.
