DEAR Sania sis pls help me.
my problem is i hav red dot marks on my cheeks beside nose,wat r dat n how to remove dat pls help as it luk very bad.also ia hav pimples prob due to which i use multani mtii,pls sujjest

u probably have oily skin,hence,ur pimples.multani mitti is great for this purpose but i alwys suggest neem+turmeric paste.also,dab mint juice on ur face before going to bed.the red spots r probably rashes or blemishes which r common in oily skin,they will go once u consume a healthy diet and treat ur skin.
drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily.wash ur face with besan+very little haldi+curd instead of soap.u can use lemon juice+water as a face wash.drink mint juice daily.it is very effective in clearing out the skin.eat carrots,fish,apples,oranges and tomatoes in abundance.these r great for skin.onw aking up in the morning,drink warm water+juice of half a lemon+honey.this will clear out ur complexion and also make u fairer.
avoid mangoes,chocolates,fizzy drinks,dry fruits and oily and spicy foods such as chips and parathas.go easy on oil in desi dishes.u need 8 hours of sleep and 30 minutes of exercise daily.please wash ur face after exercise as sweat may cause more bacteria to accumulate on ur skin which will worsen ur pimple problem.
eat lots of curd as well.it will internally cool ur body,thus,getting rid of pimples and preventing new ones.
last but not least,be extremely patient and stop worrying.if u give ur skin time to respond and put great effort,definitely u will see results.wait for atleast a month or two for ur efforts to bear fruit but always remember,they will never end up in smoke.
