i am 27 yrs., not married, i think i have sensative skin, since i have fair skin & my checks is little reddish, when i go in hot sun my skin becomes red,i have some boils similar like pimples on my face and i even have one black spot on my face, i don't know how it happened, if i use any cream my skin becomes red, so i don't use any cream not even powder, i use only lifebouy multani mitti soap, since some part of my skin is oily, by this soap i get rid from my oily skin, but my face is not been cleared from boils and black spot, so i request you to please suggest me some home receipe to get red from boils and black spot on my face, thanks. saniya replied. dear jaya,
the rashes and spots on ur skin r probably freckles which r more common in ppl with fair skin.freckles r actually the resultant of improper secretion of melanin,the pigment which determines ur skin colour and is released when ur exposed to the sun in order to prevent ur skin from damage.
first and foremost,u need to apply a good quality sunblock before stepping out in the sun.when u return from the sun,apply potato juice on ur face.this will heal the sunburn and boils.potato juice is excellent for boils and blemishes.
dont use any cosmetic or product,not even the soap u are currently using.it has chemicals which r enemies of ur skin and since u hve sensitive skin,u can imagine!
instead of soap,use besan+haldi+milk.use more besan than milk and hardly a pinch of turmeric.u can also apply a mask of besan+haldi+curd daily.it will get rid of ur pimples.dont use lemon juice or tomato juice.they do get rid of pimples but r harsh on sensitive skin.potato juice will work juct fine on u.
consume a diet rich in fruits and veggies and drink 8 to 10 glasses of water.have a good night's sleep.8 hours sleep is a MUST.ina ddition,drink mint juice daily and dab a little on ur face before going to bed.aloe vera soothes and heals but i dont recommend it to u as it is for dry skin.it is extra moisturising.cucumber juice will work great on u but a member previously posted a message regarding cucumber inducing facial hair.so,use mint juice.drinking it will give u a glowing and perfectly clear face.
i hope all this helps.be patient.it will take time.wait for atleast amonth or two and always remember,prevention is better than cure.

u can apply a mask made of sandalwood powder and rosewater or make a paste by grinding the pure sandalwood stick with rosewater and apply it daily or on alternate days. Better to avoid the sandalwood powder that we get readymade in shops. this reduces the rashes and scars. But it will take min 1month to see the effect. Try it out and keep me posted.

As u said you are having sensitive skin you can apply creama like Vicco Turmeric or Emami or Lacto Calamine so that the oil from the skin is not lost completely.Vicco turmeric really works as I have used it. Even I had similar rashes when I was in college.

You may choose any creams but please use it continuously to get 100% results. Make sure the cream does not contain any chemicals.

If u are allergic to soap you can use Besan to scrub during the morning bath and use water base face wash or medicated soaps which u will get in the chemist shop.

If the allergy is very high please please do consult a skin specialist.
