My hair is long but I have lot of split ends. If i put a pony tail or plait, it looks very ugly. I had them cut about 2inches last month, but agian they appeared. what to do now? the parlor lady says, i had to go for shorter hair. is there any alternative? mpvijaykhanna replied. hi sister
split ends represent ur vitamin scarcity and water scarcity in ur body
avoid hard shampoos use emild shampoos
drink much water or tender coconut or buttermilk.
take multi vitamin tablet like \" supradyn\"

mpvijaykhanna 123 replied. try deep conditioning treatments available in market, they may be hair creams which u have to apply for 1/2hr and wash.. in good parlors they will have it. or u can prepare one at home by mixing 1 or 2 eggs + oil + vinegar.. apply this to ur hair and wash after 1-2 hrs... this is a protein treatment at home very cheap........ try this and see before u cut ur hair Vijaya replied. true. there is no other remedy for split ends. cut them to a length where there are no more split ends. though it is bit difficult to go short, hair will surely look more beautiful with out split hairs. I myself had to get the split ends cut by more than a foot earlier. now it is healthy and growing back, though it needs occasional trims. Best luck for short haircut!!!!!!
