Hi, i'am always surfing the net finding ways to cure my Acne problem. I am 30 yrs old now and still suffering from acne. I tried taking medicines, applied various types of creams & facial cleanser and even went to a dermatologist but all these just did not work out well for me. My Acne will start small and after few days it will grow big and it has cyst or yellowish inside and before it heals and leaves a bad mark or scar on my face, i will find another one on my face starting again,it's like a never ending story. I don't want to go back to a dermatologist as they tried to pricked it which i know is a \";no-no\";. i hope you can help me with my problem as you all know having these kind of skin desease lowers your self-esteem. kind regards,

first of all,stop worrying please.u will ge fabulous skin.i suppose ur diet is to be blamed.
keep stress,depression and tension away from you.they r major causes of skin problems such as blemishes,acne,dullness,etc...
next,work on your diet.no spicy,oily,sugary,fatyy foods,fizzy drinks and chocolates for you.the right kind of food can work wonders on your skin!eat fresh veggies and fruits daily.include more oranges in your diet.drink mint juice daily.it is very effective.just boil mint leaves in water.strain it and drink it daily.u will notice a remarkable difference.
coming to external remedies,u can apply neem+tulsi+turmeric+sandalwood powder paste daily on ur face for 20 minutes.nothing works like neem to cure pimples while haldi is a natural antiseptic.tulsi and sandalwood also cure pimples and sandalwood makes skin fairer.
alternatively,u can choose an overnight remedy of 3 parts of honey to one part of cinnamon powder.leave it on overnight and wash it off in the morning.u can also apply sandalwood powder+rose water paste overnight.
drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily.water will flush out the toxins from your body.and also,drink the following mixture daily on waking up:
warm water+juice of half a lemon+1 tablespoon of honey.eat lots of yoghurt and ice cream too!eat ice crream moderately or else u will get a clear complexion but a heavy body.also,cut back on dry fruits.
be very patient as all this will take time 2 show results.but they will show long lasting,wonderful and above all,safe results.

(also,dont use cosmetics and other commerical products.wash ur face with besan+very little haldi+curd instead of soap or use lemon juice+water as a face wash)
