Hi everyone, Ive been drinking chinese green tea for 9 months now and ive lost 15 pounds with that. Wat i wanted to know is that....does tea make ur skin dark. Recently my mom told me that if u drink alot of tea ur skin will be dark....is it that same with the chinese greent tea...

dear kiran,
as far as i know,tea does not make u dark.my mom is extremely fair and she drinks 2 cups of tea daily.however,it does cause acne and is bad for skin.
green tea is not harmful.infact,it is very good as it is herbal tea.i dont find any harm in drinking that.but if u still doubt it,drink fresh juices and milk instead.
oh yes..and congratulations for ur weight loss.hope ur satisfied with ur body.
