There are many parents who have been wanting to give their babies for adoption due to financial conditions and problems. You can directly contact them and make the adoption papers and other permissions. Going through a agency is a lil longer process.

Hey neelakanta, if you want to adopt a girl between that age you should contact the NGO's or agencies so that they can help you find one. They will first confirm whether you are capable of taking care of the baby or not.
