How are you doing?How is Advait?What are you planning for his 2nd year b'day?Any news on 2 nd arrival from your side???..Just i was curious to know.

Well,I got my periods today.Today is the 32nd day.So my periods varies bet 31-32 days.I had lots of hope this month.But after getting stomach pain this morning lost all of the hopes,finally got periods.Last month i didn't use OPK.This month will start using it from CD 13.

Archie i have a question to ask,please bare with me..may sound silly..I do all kinds of shopping by myself which requires lots of walking.I did walk for a long time while ovulating last month.what is your comment on this?Last month after intercourse i had a urge to go to the bathroom.So i passed my urine after 25 min of intercourse.I belive that you are not suppose to use the restroom after 40 min of intercourse.Please comment on this too.Hope to get pregnant atleast this month.Sounds like i am thinking abt pregnancy a lot these days.Will try to divert my thoughts.Will wait for your reply.Till then take care.My love to little advait....

I can take libert not only to clarify things but to suggest strongly matter that will help you conceiving.

Suba, you are indeed thinking too much tasking brain. Come on you got pregnant two times, you should not worry on fertility part or don't need to get stressed if the cycle is failed. It could mean many things. Your inherent stress can be a big trouble, stop worrying and thinking about issue.
I hope your spouse is not that stressed as much you are because that will have negative impact on his sperm count at least.

I don't think you walking and shopping around ovulation would have negative impact, you should not worry on that side.

in fact if you keep up in same position following intercourse for 20 minutes should be OK. If you have plenty of mucus spems will flow quickly and you won't loose anthing should you go to restroom in 25 minutes. I tell girls to stay in position for 45 minutes is only because I like to get them more chances as the mucus quantity varies from person to person and even between two cycles of same person.
Normally spems those are not entered in fallopian tube would die quickly due to acidic vaginal environment.

you may not opt to use or avoid OPK, try to intercouse between CD12 to CD17 and take life easy from CD16 till you confirm either menses or pregnancy.
