soon after my delivery, i started loosing my hair.my baby is now 6 months old & this hair loss is just increasing everyday.at this rate i' m worried if i' ll get bald .whenever i run my fingers through my hair, comb it or take a shower, i loose tons of it.it just keep falling & its all over the place.i pretty much have to vacuum everytime i comb my hair & in shower i see lots of hair on the floor after my bath.

i had very nice, long, thick hair.but 2 years back, i had a very horrible experience with a hair stylist.she thinned out my hair without even mentioning it to me.she thinned it out so badly that my scalp was almost visible.i cried so much on that day, felt horrible.since then i have some hair that has grown back, but nothing like before.now i' m loosing whatever little hair i have also.i' m getting worried about this.

can you please give me some tips to prevent hair fall, grow my hair back & also to get my hair to grow thicker?

any products,any procedures you would to recommend?

Dont worry its quite natural hair fall after delivery here i am giving you few tips to arrest hair fall. by food intake and also by henna application.
Daily have atlease 5-10 curry leaves in the morning .


Henna preparation:
------------------
Take 1 cup of water let them to boil add 2 tbl spoon tea with that .let them to get cold add fenugreek paste , 1 egg (white part), 3 tbl spoon curd , 4 tbl spoon henna powder , one grinded beat root and make a paste by adding all this prepare this henna in the night and apply that in the morning and leave the application for one hour and you can take bath . take this treatment twice in a month . (henna should be prepared in iron kadaai ).

shaving will remove all of dirt and dead cells from ur scalp thats it
but urs is vitamin & iron scarcity
plz check ur hemoglobin level i ur blood.
consult doctor once.
take protein rich foods with green leafy vegetables thats enough

Congrats!!!! for the safe delivery ur right soon after the delivery the hairs ill start falling this happens to all the delivered womens the same thing also happend to my wife also,soon after the delivery my wife me had shave as we had a vow of shave soon after the safe delivery after that her hairs started growing well and nice...so its a good suggetion that u also have a shave once after the shave ur hairs starts growing we well as before the delivery of urs....
all the best for ur hairs to grow well.. Malini replied. I had this same problem after my delivery. As advised by my mom, i had my tonsure. She had a vow to offer my hair after good delivery and i fulfilled her vow.
So i had my tonsure. Then when the hair turned back, it was normal. I got back my full hair without any thinning. It is more dense now.

But you can take more iron (dates) and that will solve this issue i think. indian replied. it is normal to have hair fall after delivery.... but this is sure to come back...

take a lot of gooseberry... ie iron.. anything realted to iron... you can also present this to your gyno. who may priscribe iron tablets...

Make sure you do not mover do the iron ... as u may be nursing the baby.. which may cause to constipation for the baby.
