Miscarriage and Child Loss:6+ weeks preg & have spotting ..plz advise

Name: S D Hi. Im 6 wks pregnant now(urine test +ve) but have started spotting from 42 days ( 3 days now)No cramps or pain. Dr put me on hormone tab but the beta HCG test shows 768 value which quite low. So i went for an ultrasound and found the sac very small ( 4 week's size). So Dr advises me to abort it but im really confused. should i wait for a week and repeat ultrasound & HCG test or terminate immediately. Please advise ..

Wait

I would wait and retest the HCG level. Mine dropped from 397 to 163 and I was told I had a miscairage. I took Misoprostol to speed up the process. Thank god it didn't work, because I went back to the dr. and my levels are up to 952 in just a few days.

They don't know if the baby is still alive or if it is that it will survive, but just the chance makes me feel horrbile that I took Misoprostiol
