Hi lovely ladies!!!!

well, I know I am always here for complaints and looking for solutions, but I' ve got this dreadful heart burn problems jammed upto my throat, it hurts when I swallow, and go on like a burp machine whole day lone...needles to say it is no exactly the nicest feeling....Doc has told me to eat less spicy foos, drink lotsa water, and not maintain long gaps between meals...well, thought it might be useful to all those mommys who are sailing in my boat....
adios!!!!

Try Butter milk.Some times I am also having that kind of feeling then I will eat some fruits.Then it will help a little.why don' t you try !!
