I have been having dry nostrils/nose bleeds since couple of days. I think it is because of the heating indoors. I use humidifier in my bedroom, but at office I can' t help it. I feel very hot at 73 deg inside the office. It gets too bad in the afternoon to stay in office. Once I lie down in the night, I feel dry nostrils as if ready to bleed. I use saline spray at that time. Pls. let me know if this is normal since for my first pregnancy I didn' t hv this problem(my edd was in nov). I hv my glucose test and doc check up on the 15th, I will check with my doc. If you have any suggestions for this pls. give me. Keeping fingers crossed for glucose test.

I am calling couple of friends for my daughter' s b' day so not much work(keeping guests to minimum). Otherwise my round belly and drumbeats inside are keeping me busy and uneasy to move around. How are things going with you guys? Keep updating... PERKY replied. Hi Ck,

I am as well experiencing the nose bleeding. As you said its because of indoor heating only. This never happened earlier. What is starnge is that in last winter I never had this problem although I didnot use humidifier. May be pregnancy hormones have some role to play as well. Not able to have sound sleep because of this dry nose.
Keep drinking water even when u get up in the night. That gives me some relief.

The nose bleeds are fine,it might be due to the change in weather.It usually happens in normal people too(during hot or cold).Try to drink plenty of water/juice.Enjoy ur pregnancy.Happy b' day to ur daughter...

Try to get help frm family /frds,that will ease ur work load.Hope u enjoyed ur diwali....
