Evn I dont like bottlegourd much in sabji' s,ther4 I use it this way.Swami Ramdev says Bottle gourd is very gud for ur health if u eat it with its skin,ther4 I use it this way.Prepare this juice n lemme know..n if u have any healthy recipe do pass that on 2 us,so that evn we can prepare it.

meghnah, thanx so much for your suggestions too, i tried the sundal and it worked out fine, i added some chat masala to it to make it spicy , thanx again girl:)

Hello sue,
If u want sundal 2 be more chat type,also add raw onions.Recently I came to know that eating raw onion daily is gud for anameic ppl,as it increases the blood.Dont ask me,how?But thats what I´ ve heard...So as I´ m anemic I include raw onion in evry possible snack....so next time,u try adding onion,I bet u´ ll like it evn better:-)n Sumtimes I make another variation too,ie,use sproutes moong instead of white chickpeas,or black chana...So again u can try this...
hmm so many alternatives rite?

Hi megs n all,
My diet consists of a lot of fruits, i try to eat a variety of fruits in a day like strawberries,orange, apple, pears, plums etc, i try to mix a fruit with whatever i can or after every meal.
I noticed that during the first trimester when i had nausea having fruits helped reduce the nausea and kept me going.
Regarding healthy receipes i am looking for one which is called \" sundal\" in tamil, im not sure what its called in other languages it consists of chickpeas,peas, and many different dals and grated coconut, someone told me it was good for health - but she didnt know the recipe. Shall let u all know the recipe as soon as I get it.

Oh yeah,sundal is a healthy snack..U can eat it for breakfast as well as evening snack.Its tasty.Priya 4m august board has given the recipe.Thats the same way I prepare it..But in the end I garnish it with lil fresh coriander leaves,n squeeze lil lemon.Mix it n eat..This way u get the Vitamin C of lemon too..
