dear mobeen,
use this scrub daily on ur body:
oats powder+yoghurt+almond powder+honey.scrub it well and let it stay for 15 minutes.then,wash it off and apply moisturiser.
once a week,use lemon juice+sugar as a scrub.scrub it till the sugar granules melt and then,was it off.apply moisturiser.
st.ives aloe vera lotion is an excellent moisturiser.u may wat to try that.

hi mobeen,
for the daily scrub,take a teaspoon each of oats powder,almond powder and honey and a tablespoon of yoghurt.
for the weekly one,take one teaspoon of lemon juice+3 teaspoons of sugar.u can alter the amount in the proportion 1:3.
