I have completed 34 weeks, and i have little higer GD, but i am checking sugar daily it is in control by taking diet.
my doctor is asking for to do NST every week, i saw it on internet, it say if you over due, high GD, hyerpertention then only it is require regularly. i do not come in any category.
do any body have same experince? not sure why i need NST every week.

Your post says it all.You are on the higher side of GD and your research confirms that it' s needed for high levels of GD.I have borderline GD and its controlled by diet alone.I didnt have any NSTs so far,but as a practice my OB starts NSTs from 36 weeks onwards irrespective of GD.So go by your OB and its not a big deal ,it only reassures that baby is doing OK.
