Hi
I need help regarding when to start checking for OPK. I have 30 - 31 days length and we generally have sx in CD11 to CD 16 but this time I have decided to use OPK also. On the box it says for 30 days start form 13 th day.
So if my fertile period is 11 to 16 shouldn't we try before 11 th day? Wouldn't 13th day be late to detect LH surge?
Please let me know when to start using OPK for 30 -31 day cycle.

You can go ahead and try from day 11. If nothing else, it will give you peace of mind. Be ready with an extra kit if you run out of the sticks.

Do try to relax and have fun with the process. tension will work against you.
