Subject:  Dear Siha,

Even I was in the same situation. But miraculously after 12-14weeks, my nausea subsided and I began eating all foods. Initially even I had lost weight in the first 3 months, but now I am putting on slowly. It is also important to gain weight in moderation. As long as ur doc said its fine and there is good fetal growth, I think u should not worry. Dont let ur weight issue bother u, just keep eating healthy foods and by ur next appointment u will put on weight.
Good luck,
Take Care,
Leo
